Cedar essential oil

Essential oil is made from cedar (Cedrus atlantica, Pinaceae) crushed wood by distillation method. The oil has an intense and constant aroma of coniferous forest.

The essential oil is antibacterial, helps with colds, cellulitis, rheumatic problems. It also acts on varicose veins.

Where the essential oil can be used:

Aromatic bath: Since essential oils are insoluble in water, before pouring them into the bath you need to dissolve 10-30 drops of essential oil in a glass of milk, kefir, yogurt or cream or a tablespoon of vegetable oil, a little honey.

Massage: 10-15 drops of Siberian fir essential oil mixed with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Sauna: add 15 drops to 10 liters of warm water (urinate with a broom in the sauna)

Aromatic lamps: 4-5 drops of 5 square meters in a space. Can be used daily.

Inhalation: add 2-3 drops to 1 litre of hot water.
