Lemon balm essential oil
The oil is made from lemon balm (Melissa officanalis) by distillation method (all valuable substances and quality of the oil are preserved).
In modern aromatherapy, lemon balm relieves premenstrual tension, anxiety, anger, depression, panic.
It is used to treat allergies, for hay fever, for herpes, for oily hair. Acts against insect bites, or rubbed on a place that makes you very itchy.
Indications: High blood pressure, headaches and dizziness, stomach problem,menstrual disorders, menopausal problems, melancholy, migraines, insomnia, weakness, nervous tension,herpes,allergies, hay fever, eczema,oily hair, dandruff.
Where the essential oil can be used:
Aromatic bath: Since essential oils are insoluble in water, before pouring into the bath, you need to dissolve 10-30 drops of essential oil in a glass of milk, kefir, yogurt or cream or a tablespoon of vegetable oil, a little honey.
Cream or milk: Mix 10-15 drops of essential oil with 1 tablespoon of cream or milk.
Hand cream or lotion: 3 drops of essential oil mixed with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
After shave: 40 drops of essential oil mixed with 120 ml of apple cider vinegar or alcohol in 80 ml of distilled water.
Massage: 10-15 drops of essential oil mixed with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Hair shampoo : add 2 drops of essential oil to a bottle of shampoo.
Sauna : add 15 drops to 10 liters of warm water (urinate with a sauna broom)
Aromalamps: 4-5 drops 5 square meters in a space. Can be used every day.
According to Regulation (EC) No.1223/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council 2009. Provisions on cosmetic products identifying allergens:
Melissa essential oil contains: citral, citronellol, eugenol, farnesol, geraniol, limonene, linalool.
Caution.
Allerin, linaloid, limonene, phenolics, linolenil. Drizzle a little oil on your forearm. If the skin is clean, you can use the oil.
Do not use on pregnant women.
