Peppermint essential oil is made from peppermint (Mentha piperita L.).

Peppermint essential oil has a specific aroma of menthol. It has a refreshing effect. It cools the skin pleasantly.

Where the essential oil can be used:

Aromatic bath: Since essential oils are insoluble in water, before pouring into the bath, you need to dissolve 10-30 drops of essential oil in a glass of milk, kefir, yogurt or cream or a tablespoon of vegetable oil, a little honey.

Cream or milk: Mix 10-15 drops of essential oil with 1 tablespoon of cream or milk.

Hand cream : 3 drops of essential oil mixed with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

After shave: 40 drops of essential oil mixed with 120 ml of apple cider vinegar or alcohol in 80 ml of distilled water.

Massage : 10-15 drops of essential oil mixed with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Hair shampoo : add 2 drops of essential oil to a bottle of shampoo.

Sauna : add 15 drops to 10 liters of warm water (urinate with a sauna broom)

Aromalamps: 4-5 drops 5 square meters in a space. Can be used every day.

Steam bath: 2-3 drops per 1 litre of water
