Siberian Fir Essential Oil 10 ml

Essential oil made from Steller fir (Abies sibirica, Pinaceae)from twigs and crushed young shoots. Siberian fir essential oil has a medium intensity of fragrance.

Typical scent of the forest, fresh. Essential fir oil has antiseptic effects, it is used in patients with respiratory diseases (bronchial, bronchial, pneumonia, asthma, influenza). The oil improves visual acuity and acts on tired eyes.

Siberian fir (essential oil) is used in the manufacture of cosmetic products (soaps,sea salt...).

Where the essential oil can be used:

Aromatic bath: Since essential oils are insoluble in water, before pouring into the bath, you need to dissolve 10-30 drops of essential oil in a glass of milk, kefir, yogurt or cream or a tablespoon of vegetable oil, a little honey.

Cream or milk: Mix 10-15 drops of essential oil with 1 tablespoon of cream or milk.

Hand cream or lotion: 3 drops of essential oil mixed with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

After shave: 40 drops of essential oil mixed with 120 ml of apple cider vinegar or alcohol in 80 ml of distilled water.

Massage: 10-15 drops of Siberian fir essential oil mixed with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Hair shampoo : add 2 drops of essential oil to a bottle of shampoo.

Sauna : add 15 drops to 10 liters of warm water (urinate with a sauna broom)

Aromalamps: 4-5 drops 5 square meters in a space. Can be used daily.

Inhalation: add 2-3 drops to 1 litre of hot water.
