Eucalyptus essential oil

Eucalyptus essential oil is made from eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus, Myrtaceae), from the leaves by distillation.

Eucalyptus is known for its excellent effect on upper respiratory tract ailments, colds, sinusitis, headaches and sinus pain (virtually all symptoms associated with colds and flu). It is a great tonic and helps clear the mind of stress or illness.

It is recommended for reducing drowsiness and melancholy. The oil hasantiseptic, anaesthetic and anti-inflammatory properties. Eucalyptus oil is obtained by boiling the leaves of some Eucalyptus globulus trees and plants. It has a strong citrus aroma. The country of origin of the plant is Australia.

Where the essential oil can be used:

Aromatic bath: Since essential oils are insoluble in water, before pouring into the bath, you need to dissolve 10-30 drops of essential oil in a glass of milk, kefir, yogurt or cream or a tablespoon of vegetable oil, a little honey.

Cream or milk: Mix 10-15 drops of essential oil with 1 tablespoon of cream or milk.

Hand cream : 3 drops of essential oil mixed with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

After shave: 40 drops of essential oil mixed with 120 ml of apple cider vinegar or alcohol in 80 ml of distilled water.

Massage : 10-15 drops of essential oil mixed with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Hair shampoo : add 2 drops of essential oil to a bottle of shampoo.

Sauna : add 15 drops to 10 liters of warm water (urinate with a sauna broom)

Aromalamps: 4-5 drops 5 square meters in a space. Can be used every day.

Steam bath: 2-3 drops per 1 litre of water
