Citrus Orchard Essence, Muscle Fatigue 20 ml
A blend of essential oils with energising and relaxing effects. Suitable for aromatherapy, relaxing massages and baths or as a perfume. Contains essential oils of lemon, orange, bergamot, black pepper and Ceylon cinnamon bark. The result is a pleasant citrus aroma with a hint of spice. It is suitable for problems with muscle fatigue and exhaustion.
Application:
- Inhalation: use in aroma diffusers, suitable for improving concentration and as a supportive treatment for colds and droplet respiratory tract infections.
- Bath: Drop a few drops of essential oil into a hot bath. It will help you relax with muscle fatigue.
- Massage: Drizzle essential oil into the palms of your hands, gently warm it up and massage the selected part of the body with massage movements. Suitable for relieving muscle fatigue, pain and giving energy.
- Applya few drops of essential oil on the skin. Helps improve concentration.
- Sauna: Use 5-10 drops (depending on size of sauna) after diluting with water (lukewarm water) to water the sauna stones Drizzle the essence diluted with water into the vaporizer. Drip the essence on the ice balls, place the ball on the stones.
